Have your say on the NDIS!

WWDA is taking part in the NDIS Review, and we want to hear your ideas for making the NDIS better.

What was the NDIS Review?

The Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme, the Hon Bill Shorten MP, announced a review of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) on Tuesday 18 October 2022. Read the Terms of Reference.

An overarching goal of the Review is to put people with disability back at the centre of the NDIS. It aims to help restore trust, confidence and pride in the NDIS.

An Independent Review Panel did the Review. The review is now closed.

The NDIS Review Panel have heard lots of stories from people with disability. They have learned about the challenges that many people with disability have experienced with the NDIS. The NDIS Review Panel has written a Report about everything they have heard. You can read the NDIS’s ‘What have we heard’ Report here.

You can read the Easy Read version of the Report here.
